  I absolutely love this place. My mother and I both go there and are obsessed. After 10 yrs of no feeling in my hands they somehow got the feeling back. I have no need for medication when I go. My mother has herniated disc, arthritis, and a knot the size of mountain on her back that preveyher from walking straight. After 3 sessions the mountain was gone and my mother was walking straight. It really works. The staff there has always been kind and helpful. I love the ambiance. I would recommend this place to everyone

  Made me feel a whole lot better! The cupping was cool and the after massage was great!

  I don't know what the other two people are talking about on this review page, but I ave had nothing but an awesome experience with Jennifer. (It could be that like the other reviewer said, they may be going to the wrong place.) This Jennifer is inside a chiropractor's office (STEEN CHIROPRACTIC) and is sharing space. She has or own section with walls and doors to separate from the chiro office. I have never had her tell me she would not take insurance, she has never made me pay first, the treatment was always great, she was always friendly and was never to busy to answer questions or ask deep questions to get to the bottom of your problem so she can help you correctly. Treatment has been very helpful, especially the cupping. I have recommended her to many friends and family and they have never had a problem with her. Please make sure you are going to the correct person. This Jennifer is awesome. she is in 5151 Lone Tree. inside STEEN CHIROPRACTIC. There is another acupuncturist in the same building at 5159 !!! Lone Tree (Bay Oriental Medical Clinic) There may be another Jennifer there, but it is not the one me or the other reviewer has gone to and that may be the confusion. Jennifer does her own billing, she doesn't have a billing person or department. Please make sure you go to the right person.

  I want to write a review for her on google because I only saw one review here and it's not an accurate representation.
  I didn't want to have joint surgery and my friend referred me to her. I've been going to Jennifer for 5 years. She is absolutely wonderful and I just adore her. I go to her for everything - migraines, back pains, allergies, I tell all my friends and family about her. I also use insurance and I often help Jennifer by contacting my insurance company. Jennifer doesn't have a billing staff to do her insurance bills and English is not her native language. Jennifer is very trusting. She treated me 6 times before my insurance company finally paid her. I understand there are times when insurance never paid and she couldn't collect from the patients either. All I can say is she is very good at acupuncture, she is compassionate and caring.
  
  Another reason I’m writing this review is because I am very angry that another acupuncturist in the same complex has been lying to people and impersonating her.
  I referred a friend of mine to Jennifer and my friend went to the wrong office. Jennifer has moved to 5151 Lone Tree way. It’s in the same complex but located in the back. There is another acupuncturist in the front facing lone Tree way. When my friend went into the office, she asked for Jennifer and that acupuncturist pretended to be Jennifer. My friend went a couple of time then told me it was not a good experience. I was very shocked so I told her to come with me to see Jennifer. That was when I found out my friend has been going to the wrong person. Jennifer is a tall lady so if you see a petite female then that person is not Jennifer.
  
  I hope my review is useful to whoever read this. I’m going to post the same review on Yelp.
