My visit to Arizona Pain, Scottsdale, was seamless. Pre-visit paperwork to check-in and diagnostic interview with NP went timely, efficient and focused. To a person, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly.Additionally, Bea, my assigned NP, listened and seemed knowledgeable and intelligent. She had reviewed my new patient packet, my imaging and my medical history. Plus she was upbeat and a delight. We'll see how the prescribed RFA of my lumbar medial branch nerves goes. Overall thus far, a pleasant experience and ultra efficient.

After years of suffering with debilitating occasional back pain, I’ve finally found people who genuinely take the time to look you in the eye & communicate. Jill and her staff were absolutely amazing. Owning a small business, I understand the importance of customer service. Today it can be hard to find. After being humiliated at an Urgent Care on this past Sunday, I had all but given up and thought I’d just have to suffer. I found people who actually take the time to listen, care, and help problem solve. Thank you!
I was very pleased with the kind welcoming environment and staff. Provider were very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to listen to any questions or concerns. They take the time to review your file and treat each patient as an individual focusing on your personal history and not as just a generic patient. They want to treat the whole person not just what is specific to their specialty and ignore any other health issues. Being a nurse myself I know and understand that ultimately everything is all connected and ppl don't always realize how one issue might actually be the cause or contribute to a totally different type of problem. I am very happy with the service I have had to this point and will continue to work with this provider.
"We Change Lives Here" is the motto of this practice. Dr. Scott embodies this; he surely changed my life. When I met him in 2014, I was in a power wheelchair; recovering from a subarachnoid hemorrhage; recently released from a nursing home, being transitioned to Assisted Living, and miserable. His care over the past 6 years - beginning with pain management and interventional procedures such as RFAs and epidurals, has me now in an active lifestyle in my own home that does not rely on using a wheelchair. Sound pain management allowed me to actively undertake a challenging rehabilitation regimen. Two years ago, at my request, I transitioned out of opioid pain medication with his support and guidance. Currently I see him for interventional procedures as necessary, which continue to sustain the improved quality of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Scott, and his colleagues, at Arizona Pain Specialists; as well as their proprietary surgical facility - Surgery Center of Scottsdale.
