“GSCF is an absolute gem. As someone who has no experience in weightlifting or any formal exercise training, all the coaches have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They place great emphasis and importance on proper form and technique, which takes a lot of the anxiety away especially from a beginner like me. They also scale any exercise when needed to accommodate your level of strength or any injuries, so no sweat if you cannot lift a certain weight or do an exercise because there's other alternatives. I really appreciate how the classes are not too big (8-10max) so they are able to keep an eye out to make sure we're doing the exercises correctly and provide tips and guidance along the way. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming with great people who cheer you on and support you. The workouts are definitely challenging, but they're also fun and different which makes it exciting. I definitely feel motivated to continue with my fitness journey and Golden State CrossFit is the place to be, to help me reach my goals. Thank you coaches for being awesome!”
