“Chris, from Kingdom Solar, is the most personable, conscientious, detail oriented person. I have never given a higher review. He has gone the extra mile for me and he clearly makes every effort to do the right thing. During the remodeling of my house we needed to remove the existing panels and replace them. In the process he discovered that original electrical contractor had not correctly connected us to PGE, so we were not getting our proper credit for THREE years. Chris spent quite some time with the City of Concord and PGE to evaluate all of the options available. It turns out that I should have been under NAM1 but missed that opportunity. Chris found out that with new regulations we now needed to replace 48 micro inverters with the new version to satisfy PGE. Chris took the time to see what he could do and found a way that satisfied not only the City of Concord, but PGE as well. He saved us over $10,000.00 by his persistence and willingness to do right by the customer, me! I sincerely doubt if anyone else would have gone to the lengths that Chris did for us and I would have paid in excess of $10,000.00 to get connected to PGE, but because of his knowledge of his business and his willingness to go the extra mile, he not only saved me a huge amount of time, but a lot of money.
