When I tried to find a spot to lock my bike, they offered to serve me on the sidewalk if I ordered to go - which is what I wanted to do in any case!”

“I lived here for 18 months, 9/16 through 3/18. Started out great, nice apartment, old, but nice and open. Nice neighbors and staff. The manager arranged periodic community get togethers in the common area. At staff change that stopped and repeated calls for repairs were ignored. I would like to believe this was just an adjustment period. I don't mind waiting for something, but i DO mind being ignored. I would be willing to bet that they have found their stride and are running smoothly now. I moved because of work, nothing else.”
