  I love love love this gym! It's got lots of room and is always clean when I go. They have a sauna, tanning available, a women's workout room, just to name a few of my favorite spots. Their service is amazing and their workers are always happy. I love going to this gym!

  Been coming here for over 5 years and our family loves it here. Well maintained, friendly staff, top of the line equipment. The owners are always making upgrades to the property which keeps the place nice and up to date. We had issues with the childcare at our previous gym and the childcare staff has been phenomenal! My kids have been coming here since 6 months and they still enjoy coming here.
  
  I recently signed up for MX4 and I must say, I really enjoy the workout. Coaches are motivating and you get a full body workout in 45 mins.

  Really great gym/athletic center. Has tons of amenities and training options. Whether you desire machines, free weights, personal or group training, swimming, basketball, or other types of classes; complimented with saunas, physical therapy, etc, this is an awesome place for the ever-expanding Brentwoodians and surrounding residents.
  I believe you do need to sign up in terms, so be ready to stay committed (which I can do a better job of, but hey, I've lost 15-lbs in the past almost year). Make sure to ask questions as their sales staff is not very good at explaining how your agreements work. CYA!
  It's a bit pricey, so take advantage of the Thanksgiving promos (which I took advantage of to gain 3 free months after my one year contract is up.
  Overall, awesome gym. Just need some of the staff to step it up sometimes. They don't always have the best service, although the majority of them are very nice and courteous.

  My husband & I have been going to the gym for about 13 years, and have enjoyed the facility very much. We attend the MX classes on a regular basis, and we get a lot of benefit from it. We really wanted to commend the front desk staff, Diane & Nadine, who are always polite & attentive no matter how busy they are. We are much appreciative!
