iLoveKickboxing - Brentwood, CA

I have been a member of ILKB-Brentwood, CA for several years and I absolutely LOVE it! The coaches are very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They are supportive towards your health and fitness, and my favorite part of all, is they make you feel right at home and a part of their family. Not only that I made friends at the gym, but the gym is a safe place for me to express myself with no judgement.

I am one of those person who have many excuses and hate going to the gym. However, even on days that I am really tired, I find myself feeling better after a good workout at ILKB.

Our coaches are very encouraging! There is no other gym I rather be at for a workout, than ILKB!

I joined this AMAZING studio 5 years ago. I truly felt welcomed from day one, the class was easy to follow and a coach was always there next to you to show you proper form. There was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to join after that first class! At that moment I knew that this was a commitment not just mentally, physically but also financially. This has been one of the best decisions I've made in life! Everyday I've become stronger, healthier and happier. The coaches become your friends and truly care for you. The moment you walk through the door they will greet you by name! They offer so much support and resources to keep you on track on your fitness goals. My day is so much better after those 60 minutes of physical activity. Lastly, I want to mention how friendly and inspiring the members will be if you decide to join. You will find so much support and friendships! They also offer different promotions for people to tryout so come check them out, I promise you will love it!

Coach Selina and Jenn are my favorite coaches their enegery and class is amazing. This is the best GYM I have joined and I have made many life long friends at this studio. Come check it out.

I’m not much of a person to write reviews but they have earned it.
Things that I love about these classes:

-Although there are men that attend the classes, the feminine energy is so strong. (Leave the ego at home Iykyk)

-It has been a great tool for managing my anxiety. Some days I walk in with the weight of the day and leave dripping in sweat and smiling.

-They trick me into doing more work than I planned sometimes. Not sure how they safely push me without it feeling pushy…comedy? The 5am class always has me cracking up.

The only way this gym could be better is if it was free.

I’ve been here for 1.5 years and the coaches and people are so welcoming and motivating and fun! I’ve never been to a gym that helps you push your limits and have fun at the same time! If you come here, be ready to work, sweat, and laugh while seeing results. Grateful for each and every one here!
