This review based on our experience getting an estimate.
We had a great experience with National Flooring. When I first called to inquire about their services, I spoke with someone named Penny. She was very friendly and informative. She was able to provide in great detail their process with coming to take measurements, to us picking out flooring options, being able to take samples home, and availability.
We were able to book an appointment for them to come to our home to take measurements so that we can be given an accurate estimate.
We went to their location on Fairview in Brentwood to look at flooring samples prior to the appointment. I felt they had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to find several options we liked. We were able to check the samples to take home to see if we liked how they looked.
Susan was the person that came to take measurements and provided us with a detailed estimate. She was very nice, informative, and took the samples back with her. We had a detailed estimate the very next day in our email that we felt was very reasonable.
Unfortunately, we decided to not replace our flooring at this time due to change in circumstances but if the need arises, we will definitely go with National Flooring based on their excellent customer service and reasonable estimate.

We just went to national flooring for carpeting for the first time. The service was impeccable! We called ahead of time to let them know what we were looking for and right from the beginning they were so helpful. When we walked into the store a few days later to pick out our carpet they had everything ready and researched before we even got there. Thank you Andria and Susan for such stellar service! We will be referring you to anyone who needs flooring or carpeting.

We had laminate flooring installed the week of July 13th for almost our entire downstairs area. Our experience with National Flooring was absolutely stellar. Every person we encountered was so professional and sensitive to the extra precautions required during a pandemic. Our installation crew (Eric and Scott) put us completely at ease. They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and produced such beautiful results. I would recommend this company to anyone: We love our floors!!

Went to National Flooring & Supply last week and spoke to Peggy, I'm looking to re-do the floor in the kitchen. I was very happy with the selection she gave me. The store was very clean and organized. Very happy with the service and the company in general.
