  Update:
  The owner did reach out to me and was able to make things right by returning the tent. At the shop, the people were great and very helpful in getting everything taken care of. Denise was an all star and made sure I was able to get what I needed. All and all, everything is back to being a great hydro store. Thank you

  I went a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. I went back last week to get a couple more things and had a terrible experience. I tried to explain to the guy that something didn’t seem right when he was trying to sell me a used tent for more than they advertised them for new. He told me they only opened the box and set it up but they didn’t put anything in it. I get it home and there were holes torn in it, mildew, and missing parts. I tried to write the owner via their Craigslist post and didn’t hear back. Shame

  This is THE BEST vape/smoke shop in the bay area...
  The girl that helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly!
  They ha e a vast selection of vape juices!!!
  I'm not going anywhere but here...

  First time I’ve been there,and everyone one there was very helpful,very knowledgeable,Dylan was great to work with,I also picked his brain on how to does,and what to use,and he knew exactly what to do!!! Would highly recommend this supplier as your go to place!!!

  I have never tried to grow anything in my life and decided this is my year. Emerald City has made the experience super rewarding! Dylan is my grow coach and the results so far have way exceeded expectations. Bonus: the new renovations have made an already great shop even better!
