    My son went there for a birthday party and he said "it was awesome!" It's not easy to keep a bunch of eight year olds entertained for an hour so major props to Apex.

    APEX is A+ in everything. Alan and his team are both kid and parent-friendly in how pro they are in running the facility. The space itself is well-maintained and regulated in terms of safety first and foremost. There are also options in terms of waiting for parents, whether they need a quiet room to get work done or want a bird’s eye view of all the action. And that action... in a word, WOW! The skills these kids (and adults) learn is astounding. This is our family’s first and only experience of parkour and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Lastly, if you want a rad birthday party experience, highly, highly recommend! Our twins just had one at APEX and they immediately wanted another. The team did a phenomenal job of integrating all the kids, so no one felt left out.

    Overall: APEX-cellent.

    So I just stopped in months ago to check this place out. Being a huge fan of Ninja warrior. The place looked awesome. The prices seemed very reasonable and once I find the time I'm going back to start on a few parkour courses. You are never too old to start!

    Great gym filled with great athletes. If you're trying to get better at this sport, this is where to do it.
