  Mike Pedro is my go to service advisor. Always takes care of F-150 and Expedition. He keeps me up do date on my services and my warranty's. He's extremely helpful. I left another local Ford dealership due to lack of customer service and since coming to Mike and Future Ford I couldn't be happier.

  The staff was great in squeezing me in last minute! MY Service Advisor Shannon was very helpful in answering questions and letting me know of service need for my vehicle! The whole staff at Future Ford in Concord was very helpful and makes you wonder why everyone else doesn't do this!!? Thanks, guys!!

  I am very pleased with the service I received from Concord Ford, and more specifically from Michael Pedro. He explained everything that I needed to get fixed on my car and did not use jargon that only mechanics know! He also went above and beyond by offering to deliver my vehicle to me at no charge. Quite pleased and relieved that everything went so smoothly, especially since other Ford locations have been troublesome for me. Thank you!

  The Service Writer Michael was top notch. Kept me informed and was prompt to respond to questions. Ensured I was taken care of with a ride and a rental when repairs took longer than expected. Worth the visit as something else major was found and still under warranty. Much appreciated, will be back.

  I brought my vehicle in with multiple unknown issues. Mike my service writer was very detailed in noting all complaints of things I noticed wrong as well as recent repairs made to my vehicle. Mike gave me accurate information as to the time involved in the troubleshooting of the issues.
  I received prompt notification when it was determined what needed replacement or repair. I was notified how long it would take to repair the vehicle. I was notified the next day it would be done by 3pm. Although Mike was the only contact I had, I feel the whole team that works at Future Ford compliment each other on making it an efficient, accurate and professional establishment.
  I highly recommend Future Ford to purchase and service any Ford vehicle. Thanks to all of you.
  Also, I purchased 2 2018 Ford Edges from Future Ford for my business and look forward to making my next fleet addition. Hopefully in the near future at Future Ford.
