Been going to Pontious Chiropractic for the past year and the staff are fantastic, always caring and professional. Use to suffer from chronic back pain from years of sports and high intensity jobs but since I’ve been going to Pontious Chiropractic I’ve been pain free and always leave my visit feeling refreshed.

Just went over my x-ray with Dr. Jess, who has been treating me for 14 years. My spine has been stable in many ways and has actually improved in others over the last several years!! Normally, we would just degenerate. Thanks, Dr. Jess!

Dr. Jess Pontious is an excellent chiropractor. He is friendly, professional, and takes time to understand your concerns and address them. He has been very effective at resolving my neck and lower back pains when I have them.
Most chiropractors don't take X-rays but Dr. Pontious does which helps understand where the issue stems from.

I was having such excruciating sciatic pain and neck pain that I could not sleep. My doctor sent me to physical therapy which did not seem to help. Then a friend suggested Dr Pontious.
