(December 13, 2018, 3:23 pm)After the first cleaning with all previous carpet cleaners, the carpets would look great for a few days and then all the stains would slowly begin reappearing again. Not after using Tri-Valley Carpet Care. Nick is a miracle worker and a pleasure to be around. His pricing is also a bonus, it's very fair! We can't say enough great things about Tri-Valley Carpet Care! We will refer all of our friends and family.

First, I got an immediate response from Nick (owner) when I put out a request for bids for a full carpet and furniture cleaning for my small business. His proposal was very fair, and he was able to do a night cleaning so to not disrupt our normal business operations. He arrived on time, worked until midnight, and did an amazing job. I didn't know our carpet could look this good! For timely, reliable carpet and furniture cleaning at a fair price, I highly recommend Tri-Valley Carpet Care.

(January 8, 2018, 7:40 pm)Nick did an amazing job with our carpets! We had some serious stains (coffee spills, kid messes, and pet stains) and Nick was able to get them out with no problem. I appreciated his thorough attention to detail and discovering even hidden stains I was unaware of. He was fast and our carpets looked, felt, and smelled like new in no time! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

(September 14, 2017, 1:12 pm)I am so glad we went with Nick to clean our carpets. He answered all of our questions, gave a reasonable quote, and fit us in on short notice. He is super nice, on time, and our carpets look amazing. He got out old water and pet stains from the previous home owner and more recent stains from throw up. He used corner protectors when he brought his cleaning equipment hose into the house, which were great.
Our carpets dried in 2-3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick again.
His company donates to the shelter too, another bonus!
I researched online and the consensus was hot water extraction, the method Nick uses, is really the best way to go for sanitizing carpets and removing stains.
After Nick cleaned our second floor, our cat threw up his dinner and a pink stain was left right in the middle of the walkway even though we tried to clean the area immediately. Nick did a fantastic job on removing that spot stain and it dried super quick.
I am definitely calling Nick again when I need to sanitize/clean my couch and area rugs.

Nick Magic, owner of Tri-Valley Carpet Care saved our Christmas dinner. On Christmas Eve he came out and cleaned our carpets. He was thorough, professional and added those little touches like leaving us booties to walk on the clean carpets, laying down corner protectors to avoid marring the walls, etc.
