(March 29, 2019, 3:26 pm)I brought Philippe a Pasquini machine that hadn't worked in 10 years, riddled with issues - and it is now making perfect espresso with thick crema and everything else a coffee connaisseur would expect. Philippe went above and beyond the call of duty by changing and updating multiple parts and cleaning the entire mechanism. Throughout the process, he gave consistent updates on the progress of the repairs and was always available for questions, displaying perfect customer service skills that are hard to come by these days. I am completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Philippe's services.

(November 11, 2018, 9:04 pm)Great service and great guy. Had an almost 20 year old machine that was sitting in a storage facility for 5 years that I inherited from a friend. Needed a lot of work, but Phillipe gave good and accurate advice regarding the repairs needed. Working with him was very pleasant from stat to finish, the work was completed quickly, and he provided very good advice regarding operating and maintaining the machine.
Overall, he was very thorough, friendly, and made sure I understood everything at each step of the repairs. Would highly recommend him to anyone. The machine has been working great and it was a pleasure working with him. -
