This is no doubt an awesome property to rent from! My husband and I had a wonderful experience here for the year that we rented from them. Everyone who worked for this company while we were there was nothing but professional and very respectful to us. We truly felt very blessed to be able to live there for the time that we did and could not have imagined living anywhere else. Interactions with staff members on the property were always positive. When we moved out, we were charged fairly and had no complaints whatsoever! Truly a professional company to rent from and would recommend 10/10! Thank you guys for an amazing experience.
Absolutely amazing company that continues to roll out all the bells and whistles. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in the appearance of all their properties. Customer service is remarkable as they constantly implement the importance of treating their residents, employees and vendors with the upmost respect. Community involvement is highly encouraged and evident by viewing all the different types of events they host throughout the year including free rent giveaways 😯, yes...I said it, FREE rent!
During the pandemic they have made it clear that the health and safety of all their residents and staff is their number one concern. They continue to provide current social distancing protocol information along with information on rental assistance programs which may be available. Let's just say taking care of their residents and employees is top of their list 😁
Vandenberge Properties is a family owned business. I have personally inspected hundreds of their properties for business reasons. They have the cleanest and most organized operation I have ever seen. They treat all of their employees as family, they maintain their properties at the highest level I have ever inspected. The owners personally oversee all the properties.
