I must say that from the front desk to the patient treatment rooms, you present yourselves in a very professional manner, even much more than I have experienced in the past 60 years with all my other dental professionals. I think the initial experience cements a feeling for quality treatment, and helps the patient to have a higher level of confidence in an area of treatment that can be very challenging and scary to patients in general.
