  This is the only storage I could find that allows me to park a vehicle in a parking space on property. I like it they allow you to rent spaces but it is very pricy. Over $200 to rent a parking space. My apartment I'm on a wait list to get a spot. Until I get it I'm having to use the storage. It does seem like the place doesn't want people to rent the spaces long term. They seem to stop after 6 months. Then you have to make a new contract. With it being uncertain on renting a parking spot long term I could only give a 4 star review.

  Storage units are well protected, both from break-ins and the elements. They're mostly stored in-doors, with climate control, so loading and unloading is relatively comfortable. Lifts on each side of the building, with provided carts (2 to a lift) makes the upper level much more convenient to utilize.
  
  Price isn't going to be a bargain, but you do get what you pay for. If you are storing climate-sensitive material, I would recommend this place without much reservation. There are a couple of annoyances around, like a lift out of service or a door lock that sticks, but overall it's a pretty easy place to get in and out of while ensuring your items are safe.

  I dealt with three employees while renting a unit. ALL THREE were fantastic ! I only know two of their names, Philip and Myriam. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my critical situation. Their patience gave me confidence that it could all work out. And the units: Super clean ! I was very impressed all the way around.
