I took my 2015 Range Rover to have the maintenance light checked. Since I am a new customer, Marc told me that they do a full look through of the car and will let me know of all the issues and their recommendations. The shop was very thorough in their inspections and their explanations were simple to understand for a layman like myself. I went ahead and had them proceed with the work. They quoted me 2 days and i believed that was a quick turnaround time for all the work needed to be done. Well, to my surprise, they were able to finish the work right at the end of the work day, the following day. The shop and their crew were very friendly and down to earth. Another surprise was that Marc offered me a Military veteran discount, which was definitely much appreciated. I decided to go to a local shop than a big box dealer because I wanted to have a more personal experience when it comes to car maintenance. Rover Doc is doing great things at their shop, I am confident that I will be using their services for the duration of me owning a Range Rover. Honesty, integrity, knowledge, and experience! Rover Doc has them all. Marc and Kevin are solid guys who tell it like it is and give you a square deal. My 2011 Rover LR4 has many problems, so they gave me an honest assessment, along with advice on how to prioritize and stretch out repairs so it’s easier on the cash flow. They fixed the coolant leak and water pump and the Rover is running great. Rover Doc is my new goto shop for sure. Thanks guys!
Very down to earth, easy to talk to and most importantly HONEST. I told them my Rovers issue and he told me it was not needing to be repaired when he could have easily just have took my money and done the repair unnecessarily. Rare to find honesty like that these days.
Kevin is super good at anything Range Rover. Always amusing to see a BMW i8 or Porsche 911 on the lift. Nice people and great service. Kevin goes the extra mile and really takes "doing it right" to heart.
