  Wonderful!!! The veterinarians and staff at the Center are so knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. They treated with my parrot with such expertise and kindness. I'm very grateful to all of them! Thank you!

  The level of service here is unparalleled.
  I found an abandoned green cheek over 3 years ago. Recently she became very I'll.
  After doing some research online, I knew MCB was the place to take her. From the beginning of her stay, to the end of her stay, my bird received the best care possible. She was in ICU over the Thanksgiving holiday. Eventhough they were closed, someone went in to check on her. I was sent updates via text, including pictures. I was called with regular updates also. Someone even drew a portrait of her. I wholeheartedly believe they saved my bird's life and I'm eternally grateful. Thank you to the doctors, the techs and anyone else who was involved in her care. I hope she never needs care again, but if she does, I know where to bring her.

  I have birds and this place is fabulous. They tell you the cost of additional tests and also tell you that you can skip it and what to look for my bird would have that the test would have indicated. The tests for birds are very expensive

  Dr. Speer and the rest of the staff are compassionate and knowledgeable; their love of birds is self evident in the way they prioritize parrots' well being and comfort over all else. They've got a lot of specialized equipment--if you've got a feathered friend, there's nowhere better to take them.
  
  Although we didn't receive good news, I was able to get closure and be there in my old little guy's final moments. Everything was handled with great care, tact, and compassion.
