Had a great visit. Caring, friendly, and very knowledgable staff. From Dr. Ellis herself to the hygienist to the receptionist(!). Highly recommend.

Personal, smaller office, and down to earth. Much preferred than going into modern factory type dental offices.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Dr. Ellis. I’ve been her patient for almost a year and have never felt better about my oral health and continued confidence in her skill, ability, precision and professionalism. I’m not blessed with straight teeth (to say the least), but she has designed bleaching trays and a night guard that fit into my mouth beautifully, despite all of the challenges. Dr. Ellis’s staff are competent, courteous and also very skilled. Appointments are never delayed and their office is clean, welcoming and very COVID19 friendly, with proper ventilation and use of PPE. I feel grateful and thankful that I “found” Dr. Ellis after moving to Orinda.

Dr. Ellis and her team are AMAZING! I originally found her on a whim as an emergency root canal patient. They got me in within a couple hours and made me feel extremely comfortable given the situation. My wedding was quickly approaching so they made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I came back for a checkup, the staff remembered my wedding and wanted to know all about it. This place seriously goes above and beyond for their patients. I am so happy I found them! If you have any sort of fear, doubt, or negative feelings about the dentist, this is the place! They will make you feel so welcomed and cared for!

Dr. Virginia Ellis is my idea of a perfect dentist! Her intense focus on my teeth assures me that nothing will escape her scrutiny. From time to time she has encouraged me to brush certain teeth differently, showed me the best floss and other maintenance tips for great teeth.

Dr. Ellis is both a family dentist and cosmetic dentist. Her standards are also high for her staff, all of whom are equally devoted to excellent service.

My experiences with other dentists was not satisfactory - at all. I'll not mention the reasons but if you are searching for a new dentist, you may know some of those reasons yourself.

I value Dr. Ellis so much that I continue to return to her even though I have moved far away from the Bay Area. A great dentist is hard to find!
