I usually rent from the Oakland Airport, and the service with their reps is usually rushed, but Pastor was very attentive and he provided an excellent experience. I will definitely continue renting from this location for all future rentals.
(June 29, 2023, 6:59 pm)Excellent customer service!! I went a week ago and forgot to do a review. Now I can't remember the wonderful gentlemans name. I think his name is Pastor. It appears that this location is a one man team but this guy is quick! And he genuinely looks like he enjoys his job. G
