San Marco Villas Apartments

We are living from 4 year everything is nice but they complete work order late because they dont have enough mainthnes. But their mainthenes is nice his name is mohammad.

Truly love this property, extremely clean, friendly and Great atmosphere. Maintenance team is very professional and trustworthy. Specially a gentleman by the name Mohammad always on the go. He gives extra effort to fixing things and always with sincere smile and respectful approach. Thank you San Marcos Villa .

Nice property😎 Rachele helped us get in & thanks to her we got in! She made it so easy for us, less stress & just like that we’re happy to be new residence here in San Marco Villa. Btw the maintenance worker Jorge was so helpful, did his job quick & thanks to him our disposal was working again! 4 stars because the only problem is we don’t have fans probably because we’re in a old complex. Funny part is I did have a tour before we moved in & they did say everything that was in that apartment was what we’ll be having in ours but unfortunately not the fans. Lol! But so far we love it here because it’s quiet & we never had any problems with our neighbors. So far so good!
