Ok, ok. We all know living in an apartment complex everything's not going to be perfect. There's some things you can do on your own. It may cost a bit but I rather do it myself than wait an eternity for someone else to fix it. For an example when I first moved in I noticed a Crack in my ceiling fan bulb cover. So I just order one from Amazon and repaired it myself. Costs $35 for the bulb cover. To me I rather pay get it done and not deal with the headache. I do want to say that this is one of the best apartments I lived in . The others had cars playing loud music on a daily. Maintenance crews lazy af.
Staff unprofessional. The inside of the units looked terrible. This place looks nice and I like my unit very much. I want to thank everyone who works in the office for helping me get situated here.

I’ve lived here for over 3 years. The neighborhood is really quiet, and the actual apartments themselves are pretty decent. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were all fixed within a reasonable amount of time. For instance, my water heater needed to be replaced, and maintenance completed it the SAME day I put in a request. Parking in the complex can be challenging, but to be fair there is tons of street parking. You can also rent an additional space each month for $70, which is what I do. They also have garages for rent as well. I have 3 year old, and it’s nice to live in a complex where your kids can actually play outside safely.
