“Incredible! I called Mr. Martin in need of advise on a house that was jointly owned by my now ex-husband and I that per the divorce agreement was to be put solely in his name over 2 1/2 years ago. I received paperwork Monday from the ex about the property and it being refinanced. While looking it over I realized that the paper work would release me from the land deed but did not make me any less responsible for the bank payment! I call Mr. Martin's office and was answered by him personally! Within 2 hours of our conversation he had spoke to my ex-husbands attorney and had the appropriate paperwork filed with all parties the courts! Mr. Martin was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and did all of it at a great price. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!”

“We like 7-11. But I have a problem with this one particularly. There's an unexpected car hazard near the side door that looks like a baby tree. I met it last New Year's night. I wasn't intoxicated. Be careful with the green concrete bollards around the little tree. Don't park too close next to them and forget about the second one. I turned in too sharp and put a huge dent into my fender. Had to replace it. Huge trouble and a few hundred dollars. My fault I know. The problem is with my expectations, coming in from out of town. I was looking at getting around a tiny tree, which I could see, not a 5 foot square bollard-protected plant area. But maybe some yellow and black caution tape around the middle of the bollard would signal that the less observant should pay attention. Because the bollard is very easy to overlook if you're backing up. Or an orange caution flag on a pole? If you're committed to the tree it could be worth it. However, I don't see that the tree is really adding something necessary. If it has to be protected on all four sides, doesn't that mean it's in the way? Isn't a parking lot for cars, not tree? If there was a curb, you could still protect the tree, and unobservant drivers could feel going up on the curb, and the tires could take it instead of hitting a bollard that's hard to see at night and folding their fender around it? Or if the bollards were added because someone hit the tree, isn't that telling you the tree is the problem?”

“I really appreciate the amazing customer service I get while getting my car serviced at Winter Honda. There has never been a time when I've gone in for any auto service and they have not been highly professional, informative, & gone the extra mile "if you will". Today was no different. Only reason they didn't earn five stars is because, for some reason, they said they couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't connecting to my car's bluetooth system. It's one of the main reasons I purchased the car I did, and from them, and suddenly it's no longer working. They "implied" that it was probably an "update" that the car needed, but they just didn't know when Honda might come out with it. Frustrated am I? Yes! But my car still looks gorgeous and runs beautifully, but my favorite part of the car isn't working and they don't know when it will, again. Ugh!????????”

“Purchased a vehicle at CCPAA. Straight forward vehicle sale - low prices, no negotiating. They let you drive the vehicle without them which is a bit nicer; however, on the flip side they have very little info or details on the vehicles and the features. This is where the cost savings comes in. Website is basic, but gets the job done. No frills car buying. 4/5 stars for super limited business hours (9 or 10am to 5pm!!) To the dealership: you'd likely get a lot more customers with expanded hours til 6pm if not 8pm, especially on weekends. Sales guy - Cameron was good!”
