Villa Montanaro

Thank you Sierra, Chris & Jesse. We just got our keys a few days back and as of today are now officially moved in. Our plan was to rent an apartment, townhouse or house in the bay area. We researched for a few months knowing we were planning to sell our home. Read all the reviews and then scheduled to visit the apartments and homes we were interested in. First stop Villa Montanaro .. we met with Sierra.. pretty much it was all over from there.. she was warm, welcoming, gave us an extremely thorough tour and laid out what the community has to offer and we got a great vibe from both her and what we saw. She walked us through the process step by step and was amazing!!! Truly appreciate and looking forward to being a part of the Villa Montanaro Community :)

We have moved in recently to VM and our experience has been great so far! Sierra, Chris, and Jesse ( from the maintenance team) have been all very helpful and responsive! They went above and beyond to help us during and after our moving process!

Jesse the maintenance manager is the best. He is always so kind and helpful. He is so friendly and always eager to help. He is very talented and can fix anything! 💯

I did not end up living here for unrelated reasons, and that is too bad. The apartment I viewed here was spectacularly clean and well put together and it was freaking gorgeous. Sierra, the property manager, was wonderful. She spent over an hour with me answering all my questions and showing me everything I asked to see and explaining everything about the apartment complex. I even spoke to a couple of people who were walking around the complex and they all told me they loved it there. I wish I could have lived here, but it wasn't to be.

It is a pleasure communicating/working with Sierra in the process of looking for a unit that works best for me. She keeps me updated at all times and ALWAYS follows up. She is the most sincere person I’ve ever met, and when she gives you her word she sticks to it. This has been the best experience , and she is by far the best leasing consultant I have ever dealt with.
