(August 6, 2017, 12:46 pm)I called three cobblers, and the guy at McKays was the only one who listened to my question regarding a specialty problem(issue with expensive, custom ice skate for competitive skater, whose regular skate specialist retired) and offered a variety of suggestions instead of one common answer. I took the skate to him, he felt it, compared with the other skate, asked about foot problems, and in a few minutes fixed the problem. Thank you for great service!
