  I’ve been coming to this trail since I was a baby in one of those baby backpacks. I’m twenty now and this place’s beauty and greenery never ceases in making me feel wonderstruck at its beauty.

  I've been running these trails every day of the week for almost a year now. The whole experience is amazing! Over this past year there have been many downed trees and they are cleared within a week by the park staff. I am very impressed. Lots of people walking dogs. I run the trails with a dog and also with my son. I have never been disappointed. There are extremely steep grades leading up to the ridge and you're rewarded with rolling hills. Love it!
  P.S. - There's an issue with people leaving dog poop along the trails. If you have a dog and have them off leash please keep an eye out for their poop. I have picked up other people's dog poop more than a number of times. It's important to leave the trail experience a positive one for everyone.
