  I absolutely love living here! it is so quiet and peaceful. It's amazing how many dogs live here and I never hear them barking. My apartment is beautiful and has good amenities. I also love the year round heated pool and spa. Recently package lockers were installed and that really helps me since I usually get home after the office is closed. I plan to stay a while:)

  Thank you to the office staff and maintains for taking care of all of the issues that have come up during our moving in week. We originally thought we would be charged an extra deposit but we worked with the office and they quickly sorted it out! The grounds and acomidations are a wonderful plus with a quiet and relaxing living environment. Great area, especially for Richmond

  My husband and I were residents at The Tides Apartments in Richmond for 2 years and we just moved out recently. The apartment complex is very peaceful except for the noise coming from the I-80 but you get used to it after a while. When we moved in, we had all brand-new appliances a new flooring too. We love the many windows in our apartment, allowing for natural sunlight. 2 years at the Tides, we had never encountered any problems with neighbors as everyone is generally courteous. Never used the pool but did use the gym regularly - everything functions, yay!
  
  Management staff are also helpful, especially Daniel. On one occasion, my husband needed to retrieve an important mail that had arrived in the office. It was after office hours. Daniel graciously assisted and my husband was able to retrieve the mail. On another occasion, Daniel helped us take care of our old electrical items that needed to go to a recycling centre. Through his actions, Daniel truly exemplifies excellence and commitment to his responsibilities.
  
  Our only negative feedback would be regarding garbage collection. The truck comes only once a week and there are only 2 blue recycling bins at the garbage area near our complex. The bins fill up within 2 days or so, leaving residents with no choice but to either leave recyclables outside the bins or throw them into the garbage bins. Also, as we had to terminate our lease early due to work, we paid a penalty of 2-month rent. This is very high as most other places charge only 1-month rent penalty.

  I LOVE this Place. I have been here for almost a year. Aside from the amenities being really awesome the management and staff have made my life a dream. Its always clean or being cleaned and I love using the offices and the gym. I work from home and I need a comfortabe place to both live and work. I would apply here again and again. And I am pretty picky and feisty!
