(August 11, 2018, 12:53 am)I am a travel RN and had to use the ER for what I thought was a DVT-thankfully was not, but I have to say it was hands down the BEST hospital experience I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! I haven’t had to visit the ER many times but have lots of hospital/medical experience due to my job and just life’s ups and downs. From security to check in to triage to the room RN to the transporter to the sonographer to the ER MD-top notch perfection that I have honestly NEVER seen ANYWHERE! Way to go Kaiser (Richmond!) ER, show ‘em how it’s done! Thank you❤️

(April 13, 2018, 2:20 pm)I don't have much to complain about this place. I mean parking is free in the garage what more can you ask for? The staff is friendly and people seem to be kind. The lady at the reception desk didn't give me any problems and the doctor actually came and seen me early than the usual 11:30 time. So far I had a pretty good experience. But I mean it wasn't so crazy here so I dunno how my experience would have been during rush hour. Overall I wouldn't mind coming here again. Especially on this Friday the 13th!

(March 14, 2018, 12:07 pm)I am very thankful to Kaiser Richmond. The facility is really accessible (including parking), and the staff are outstandingly helpful and friendly. I actually live closer to the Oakland branch, but prefer Richmond whenever possible. Getting an appointment is faster, and it's much easier to have questions answered if you need to call.
