  I signed up for a boxing class through Class Pass and I really liked it! Ive been doing Muay Thai for a while but really unable to make it to any classes due to my scheduling, so I decided for Class Pass, thinking that way I would have different gyms in different locations to go. I found Ice Chamber, which is literally 10 min from my home and they have all kinds of classes! The facility is huge and super clean. Steven is awesome! Super friendly and makes you feel 'at home' even on a trial class! I will be back for sure with my Class Pass, but probably will join Ice Chamber when the month is over! Thank you Steven for a great class!!

  I really enjoy coming to this gym. Everyone is so kind, patient, and extremely supportive. My experience thus far has been exceptional. Even my 7 year old daughter enjoys coming! The kickboxing class is amazing so is the kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class!

  I believe in people that produce results. The Ice Chamber consistently does that with all different kinds of people. If you want to be a fitter person or a world champ you will find a community of positive people rooting for you. Don't wait, get down there!

  I love the Ice Chamber. Serious but fun workouts with expert trainers. And the community of people is outstanding! My physical condition improved dramatically within the first few months of membership. My mind even feels sharper, clearer. Thank you IC trainers!

  Funny, I thought my husband and I could learn how to workout on our own after a month or two of Ice Chamber.... over 11 YEARS later we are still going strong. The place delivers on an effective, efficient workout with talented trainers and an amazing community. We are partial to 6 am boot camp.... but so many other choices offered. Come check it out.
  It truly is life and body changing!
