The entire staff of Dr. Kiran Narsinh and herself were all very caring and patient oriented. They made me feel very safe and reassured. From the time of check in until they brought me to our car, they have all been very accommodating.

Dr. And her staff provide great service. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous to their patients. There was a new office mate who was playing her kind of music I believe it was rap or hip hop. She was nicely reminded by her trainer that the music is not appropriate in this area for others especially the patients to listen. She was asked to change the music to an easy listening one and she did. They explained everything I needed to know for my upcoming colonoscopy before I left the office. Thank you for what you do.

I knew long before my endoscopy with Dr. Narsinh that something was terribly wrong. I wasn't surprised to learn I had an esophageal tumor nor that it was cancerous. No one wants to hear that news but Dr. Narsinh was gentle and compassionate and supported my determination that I am going to beat this thing.

She recommended and got me lined up with an oncologist and surgical team she has respect for and her confidence in them transferred to me. I begin chemo and radiation in three days and I feel anxious about the pain and side effects, but I feel calm and certain that this cancer is going bye bye.

Dr. Narsinh is a fine gastroenterologist and I was grateful that the team includes a female practitioner. I'm sure Dr. Logan is equally gifted, but I feel more comfortable with a female physician. My fight to beat this cancer has just begun but I know that with Dr. Narsinh discovering the tumor and spear-heading my treatment, I will survive and thrive.

Dr. Narsinh and all of the staff treated me with professionalism and sincere care. I had a colonoscopy, my first ever, so I was pretty scared. It turns out my fears were unfounded. My entire experience was so positive. I was put at ease, and treated with such gentleness and compassion. I would give them all five stars and would highly recommend Dr. Narsinh and East Bay Endoscopy to anyone.
