Nice Boba drinks. Fast service. Kids love this place.

If your not tryna empty ur wallet for some boba this is probably the best place around

Definitely one of the best boba places there is! Lots of choices, and you’re able to customize Ice and sweetness level. It does get a little crowded, especially on Friday afternoons given that it’s near a middle school. But overall a great place! Expect a bit of a line if you’re going on a weekend.

I love T4! It’s the best boba place. They have fresh boba, and a huge menu. My personal favorites are the Classical Rose Milk Tea (No Ice), Thai Milk Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Royal Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Smoothie, and Honey Peach Smoothie (All drinks with boba).
I don’t think T4 has any brown sugar boba though. I would love to see them release a brown sugar boba drink.

My drink is a thai tea with no boba. I normally get ice cream or cream but they didn't have much options. Their kitchen is under reservation so I couldn't try anything but it all sounded good and their were a lot of options.

The drink isn't very sweet. I got it standard thinking it would be sweet enough since they have a lower option. It's not the best milk tea I've had but not terrible either. I'll drink it but I won't come back if I have another option.

My friend ordered a drink but was given the wrong one. They quickly fixed that and was very nice. Their customer service was great!
