  From the first day I walked in I felt welcomed. The coaching staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the owner has become a friend. They are supportive of you reaching your personal goals and have several events year round that encourage team building amongst the members. There are a variety of classes throughout the day and week to meet almost anyone’s schedule. Less than a year in, I’ve seen big changes physically and emotionally and I’ve become a part of a community.

  I've been working out at Bollinger Crossfit for 3 years and it's fantastic!
  In any workout regimen there are 3 elements that position you for success whatever your goal.
  Convenience - Bollinger Crossfit is in a great location with easy access if you are anywhere on the East Side of Danville or in San Ramon. Lots of classes at convenient times. The 5:30 am class is sure to get you ready for your day!
  Community - This place is the "CHEERS" of workout facilities. Friendly, knowledgable, and hard working staff that work with you on your whatever your goals are and the people at this gym are GREAT! Rarely do you find the kind of support you receive from your fellow workout partners.
  Accountability - You gotta show up and do the work. The ownership at this facility do a great job of tracking and monitoring your journey and helping you succeed.
  If you're looking for a workout family that supports, helps, and sometimes kicks you in the butt then this is the place for you!

  I’ve been a member at BCF for almost 4 years now and I still love coming here and the workouts I’m doing. I’ve always worked out my whole life, but I’ve always gotten bored with what ever I was doing after a few months and never lasted longer than a year at any routine. But the combination of the awesome Coaches, and the other BCF members make me feel empowered and encouraged that I can do the best I can when doing the WOD’s (workout of the day). The Coaches are always watching you and making sure you are doing the workouts properly and give you good feedback. The coaches are easy to work with and help scale / adjust part of the WOD if it’s something I’m not able to do. The members are so encouraging and cheer you on no matter what level you’re at. I’ve improved so much from where I started and have never been stronger or in better overall physical shape. It’s such a great environment to workout in. I come at least 4 days a week if not all 7 days.

Bollinger CrossFit is a great place to work out! The trainers are awesome and really take the time to show you the techniques. I've always had trouble staying motivated working out by myself at the gym. Bollinger Crossfit is the perfect solution for me. I am busy and don't have a lot of time each day.
