  Mike is simply an exceptional realtor who knows his business!! If you're looking to buy or sell a house, we highly recommend him. We met Mike while requesting information about a listing that he had. He was very attentive and offered his expertise whenever we were ready. From that conversation, we learnt that he is a good LISTENER and his conduct would be professional. We engaged Mike for both the purchase of our dream home, and the sell of our previous home.   I've worked with many real estate agents in the past in selling or buying properties. While they were all knowledgeable, Mike surpassed that in all ways, including his personal care and support through an emotional process for me in selling my Mom's house. He had quick and easy access to excellent vendors to present the house in pristine fashion and gain the best possible offer I could find, $25,000 over asking price. While I could have caved on some issues, Mike had my "back" and guided me in thoughtful decisions that truly supported my best interest.   In dealing with Mike in selling my mother's house after she passed away, I found him to be a very knowledgeable individual in his field, guiding us every step of the way . Mike was always available to answer questions and to offer suggestions on what to do to prepare the house for sale. Mike was such a giving person offering to handle anything on our behalf, going the distance to make things easier for us. Mike is one top-notch individual.   We found Mike to be very knowledgeable, attentive and extremely patient. My sister & I were going through the loss of our mother & Mike was very helpful, we had so many questions, not really understanding some things, but Mike took the time to explain everything pertaining to the selling of the property to our satisfaction. He was always there for us with any questions or advise.
