“I am grateful for Peter's excellent services for my needs as a remote investor. I started to look for a house two years ago in San Ramon as my family prepared to move back to the States from Hong Kong, and we love San Ramon's good weather, master-planned neighborhoods, and the excellent schools. We eventually postponed the move and leased the house out. Our challenge to Peter was that we only visited San Ramon for a few days and had to do our house hunting remotely. We monitored available houses on the Internet and discussed with Peter via mostly e-mail. Peter even shot a video of a house we were interested in so we could have a virtual tour of the house. The house we eventually bought was a short sale and Peter very patiently took us through the complicated process. After the closing he also offered us extra help, diligently arranging for the necessary repairs and refurbishment and this was repeated in January of this year after the first tenant moved out. We are also happy with the two tenants he helped us to find and the rental returns. It has been my pleasure working with Peter, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the area, especially those who want to invest remotely. ”
