Very professional. On time. Sealed all possible entry to our under house. Poured a rat slab and cleaned up nicely. Came back twice to check for activity. Found one rodent on first check. Honest Rodent Proofing did a very comprehensive job at my place. They sealed all openings both inside and outside the house and set traps. They cleaned out all the infected insulation in the attic. Covered and sealed my living room to protect the family.  Within a few weeks we don't find any rats inside the house.
While they installed a rat slab in the crawl space, they cleaned the molds underneath the house caused by water leak and installed sump pump to take care of both crawl space drainage and rodents issues.
That was fantastic. The foreman and the crew are very friendly and professional.  I highly recommend their work.

Very thorough and professional service with a high level of customer service. I had work done by them in the fall of 2019 and have had no problems since! And it just takes a phone call to get them to stop by for a check of the attic and/or crawl space. Highly recommend this company for a long term solution to pests!

I also received more SMS reminders when they were on the way the day of. Anthony -- the owner -- came over and was incredibly pleasant, informative, well-equipped and confidence inspiring. He was able to quickly check out my property including crawl spaces and roof access and actually recommended I hold off until after we get some renovation work done as he didn't find any intrusion points that were critical. Anthony was also personally fascinating and clearly committed to customer satisfaction -- understanding how customers in the high tech Bay Area want long term monitoring solutions. I sent me kids in 15 minutes before closing. I just got released from the hospital that day having received a kidney transplant.
