(August 19, 2018, 2:37 am)Since the coaching began I feel more empowered and positive about the small but significant changes I began making and continue making. In particular the information on using supplements to assist with my thyroid and adrenal issues and also on detoxifying. One of my goals was to reduce the pharmaceutical medication I was on and I am very pleased and happy to say that I was able to get off two entirely and the only one I take is for they thyroid but it was reduced and I expect it will be reduced.
I have heard the saying "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear". I want to thank you Leni for all you gentle and enthusiastic teaching and support of my goals. You were respectful and non-judgmental as I shared with you my challenges and what I was hoping to get from coaching. Your approach to coaching was warm and inviting as you shared your own story, which was inspiring. I highly encourage anyone who is struggling with their health or energy to begin their healing journey with you. The time is well spent and feels like it's just two friends exchanging ideas over a cup of Chai! -

Leni believes that most autoimmune conditions can be overcome with correct information - the right healing foods, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, addressing deficiencies cleansing the body and mind, and spiritual development. When appropriate, she also includes many Eastern practices such as meditation, pranayama, yoga poses, Advaita Vedanta philosophy and so on. Leni’s knowledge and experience with whole body detoxification and rejuvenation makes her the go-to detox resource for our community!
