“The staff is always friendly and helpful there, but last Friday was the episode which made me post this review. This is because one lady working there, Martha, was handling 2 cashier registers simultaneously, to keep the line moving, and when more people came in, she opened a 3rd register as well ! I have never seen anything like that before and I am amazed both with Martha's performance & skill of jogging 3 ordering stations at the same time, as well as her desire to help the customers. This was definitely going deep beyond the call of duty or what could be expected, and it helped big, big time. A+++ !”

“I had a crown crack while I was house sitting in Discovery Bay. I searched for dental offices on Yelp and this office had good reviews. The dentist and the staff were all very nice and cautious to keep me out of pain. I ended up replacing 4 crowns, as I did not like the way my old ones looked and did not want to pay to replace one in the shape and style that I didn’t really like. Sarah was awesome! She worked with me to help me understand what an ideal smile looks like for me, based on my preferences and facial structure. When I was there, the office was out of temporary crown material that was not extremely yellow. If this happens to you, just ask Sarah to cover it with white material so your temporary blends better. Before final delivery of the new crowns, the dentist asked me to go outside in the sun and really look at them to verify I loved them. I ultimately decided I would actually like to make a few small changes. They got me an appointment with the dental lab to make the changes according to my preferences. The dental lab made the new crowns perfectly ideal to what I wanted, and I got the new crowns. I love the improvement. I am grateful they encouraged me to get exactly what I wanted, since I was fixing my 4 front teeth. I highly recommend this dental office! The dentist is great, Charlotte is great, and Sarah is outstanding. If you need dental work on your front teeth, ask for Sarah to help you get your ideal smile.”

“I felt like ATP fitness is a hidden gem in San Ramon. After back invasive surgery and ankle problem, I stopped hiking which is the only workout I had done for a few years. Due to ankle problems and Covid, I hadn’t done any workout and was getting depressed. I knew I got to start workout but didn’t know where to start and what to do. Due to bad back and ankle, I needed a personal trainer’s help not to get hurt during the workout. However, it was a daunting job to find the right one for me. It’s hard to tell if the gym or trainers would be right one based on website. I have been to big gyms but i felt uncomfortable or insecure since most of people at gym are athletic or fit and seems know what to do unlike me. This time, I decided to go smaller gyms and found ATP fitness San Ramon on line. I emailed for consultation. Barron, my personal trainer, responded me quick and set an appoint to talk about my physical concerns and my goals for personal training. I have had a training since last October at ATP Fitness and it has been one of the best choices I have made to do workout here. Unlike the big gyms, personal trainers and people doing workout are so friendly and care for each other. Truly, inclusive atmosphere regardless of fitness level and ATP fitness has become a family to me. During strength training, my personal trainer always check on how i feel my back and ankle which is great thing. Sometimes, I have had some pains in my back. If i were on my own, i would probably stop working out. However my personal trainer recommends other workout without hurting my back and makes me keep doing workout which helps building muscles and strength. I am sure everybody know once you stop doing workout and resuming is harder and delays the noticeable results which make people not to do workout. Vicious circle. Since i work out consistently with personal trainer’s help regardless of intermittent back pains, I have slowly become stronger, which makes me keep going forward. I hope my reviews find you helpful. “Love their Drive Thru. We have set things up so that my mother can easily pick up medications. There was an error or issue with insurance switching from Rite Aide to Walgreens. Walgreens staff handled it swiftly and efficiently and kept us in the loop. The prescription was ready that same day, and we didn’t have to do anything other than give a call or two. Wonderful service and caring pharmacists and staff. Kudos!”
