“I met Dr. Vanessa and Dr. Tommy Wolf of The New Health Chiropractic Center in Concord, through a business networking group Dr. Vanessa and I are a part of in Walnut Creek. I've gotten to know both of them professionally and personally over the last couple of years, as well as many of their clients who are always raving about their incredible service, range of knowledge and the vast improvements they've seen in their health from working with them. And I've become one of Dr. Vanessa's clients too. I had never been to a chiropractor before I started seeing her. I figured I should get an exam to see how things would check out. Through the exam she actually found that the bones in my neck were showing early stages of arthritis. They were beginning to fuse together, which was affecting my range of motion and my hips were also not even. These issues could be due to many factors throughout my lifetime, but because I'm currently a photographer, I spend a ton of time on the computer, which causes a lot of stiffness and can lead to some of these issues. I began a treatment plan with Dr. Vanessa. She also gave me some devices to assist my recovery exercises at home, that I still use every day. I also continue to see her on a regular basis (a year later), to keep my recovery and the prevention of other ailments going strong! I've learned so much about the benefits of chiropractic care: the short-term benefits for numerous body ailments and allergies, the long-term effects that keep your entire body and immune system in alignment and healthy, as well as preventing so many chronic diseases later on in life. And that chiropractic care is encouraged for everyone at any stage of life, even for pregnant women and infants! Dr. Vanessa and Dr. Tommy make the whole process easy, seamless and they make potentially complicated medical terms easy to understand. You can be confident that you're in some of the best hands around (literally). They have amazingly fun, laid-back personalities. It's pretty awesome that I get to be friends with my doctors :D I'd recommend checking out their monthly educational events to learn more about them and the benefits of chiropractic care - it's fascinating just how much you you'll learn! And they're always coming up with new, creative and fun themed days like this one, "Jamaican Me Healthy!" Bravo. Thank you for everything Dr. Vanessa!”
