“Montessori schools generally prepare students for school. They teach them content areas and prepare them to be life long learners. However, Step-by-Step Montessori is in my opinion the best Montessori school. Mrs. Marzi, Ms. Rachael, and Mrs. Martha are highly educated women who take the responsibility of teaching the whole child; academically, culturally, and emotionally. I am so grateful for how the school prepared my son for first grade. He is one of the highest students academically in the class. The school also has events that encourage cultural awareness and a coming togetherness of the students and parents. My youngest son still attends Step-by-Step and although he has a different in personality than my first, he is excelling academically at the same rate as my oldest son. I am so pleased with the all the things they have taught my sins at the school. I would high recommend Step-by- Step Montessori to anyone especially the families who are dedicated to developing their child as a whole person.”

We're talking about young teenagers attending school and these teenagers show a load of maturity, it is the best school in the Bay Area, teaching low-income students to reach never ending opportunities.”

“I have 3 kids that have gone there. I love the teacher's and staff and admire their dedication. There is no problem with the school. It's more the parents that have to make sure there kids are ready to learn when they walk into the classroom. The only thing I don't like is the way they shift problem students around different classrooms so that they become someone else's headache. They need to have a detention classroom for these kids so that they don't poison the Well when they go to other classrooms. Otherwise, keep up the great work, Marsh!”

“We would give this place more stars if I could! We researched and visited several day care facilities for our twins. Lil Tot's run by Nora Jackson was by far the best. Even though we moved to Martinez last summer, we still bring our kids here for daycare and will continue to until they start K. Highlights - They treat ALL the kids like their own. They have a very good learning curriculum and show your child's progress quarterly (reading writing, numbers, ect..) as they progress. We get amazing arts and crafts from our children every week. Helped potty trained our kids. Can accommodate picky eaters such as our son. The list goes on and on! This review is long overdue ! We highly recommend this place!”

“Rada's child care was everything that I can wish for my kid. I visited many Daycares in San Ramon area and I was very disappointed until I found this one. Rada's Daycare has a huge playroom with a lot of light coming thru, great outdoor space, separate sleeping area and the most important things are that everything is very clean and organized. We tried two different places each for a couple weeks before this one and "separation process" in the morning was not an easy task. On the second day here my daughter just said "bye-bye" to me , "grabbed" Radka's hand and went inside. My daughter loved been there. I would highly recommend Rada's child care to anyone looking for a professional and loving caregiver for their child!”

“We're very impressed with the quality of instruction here. Ah-lan and the other instructors care deeply about their students, and btw, I've never donated any money to Ah-lan (we joined well after the studio was opened) and my daughter has never been "in the back row". (Most Chinese dance numbers don't have "back rows" the choreography is quite dynamic, students don't stay in a row). The physical space is beautiful. Well worth checking out.”

“I went to this school from 1970 to 1973... I LOVE this school. Im sure it has changed over the last 40 years, but I still have good memories of the playground, being introduced to classical music after recess. I still listen to it and it takes me back to that earlier time. I moved with my family in 1973, but still remember walking to school at the ripe ole age of 10. That was back when you could, I guess....”

“Great preschool! My son started here 5 months ago and he loves his new school. The teachers are awesome. They teach them songs, letters, numbers, colors and good manners, etc. I love that they do a lot of different activities every week and special celebrations for each holiday. I'm very happy knowing that my son is in good hands. I definitely recommend RTP.”
