Good place to go once a year to pick up things like a new backpack, a new raincoat, etc. The staff are also very friendly and there's a huge parking lot. Easy to get to and worth the drive. Have the correct expectations though, don't expect to get any mind blowing sales, for the employee discount everything's pretty much 50% off, but everything starts at quite expensive prices, so in the end, it's still more expensive than Target or Amazon.”

“Since I saw lots of reviews about bad customer service, but many seemed pretty old, thought I'd add a review. Had great customer service today (from Desiree) who greeted people as they entered and communicated to me when walking away from the desk to finish with the prior customer that she'd be with me in just a moment. Very friendly and helpful, managed to solve a problem with my weirdly formatted address (company line plus 3 more address lines) to get it all on the label. Couple in front of me seemed to be dealing with a shipping issue and the staff member helping them said it was FedEx's fault and not the couple's and that he could make sure it got to its destination ASAP. I was in there close to 5pm and expected it to be slammed with people, but I only waited a few minutes to be helped. Overall a good experience, and I'd go back.”
