They worked with our schedule and called prior to our appointment to ensure they understood the problem and to walk us through what we could expect during their visit. I bring them here when I don't have the equipment (alignment or tires) or cant figure out what is going on. They are always helpful. If you make an appointment for normal stuff, it's pretty quick. You can't make appointments for diagnostics or brakes, so make sure you go early to get into the work bay faster...”
