“As usual, Michelle is absolutely an expert in her field, also patient, friendly and kind. The store was an incubator - too hot & stuffy. With inconsiderate sick shoppers, and his is not a good environment for anyone. Plus I had to wait outside about 15 mins - good thing it was not raining. This was my second attempt to do what I had to do. The store was closed a few days ago due to a broken gate.”
