“Brett makes one of the biggest purchases of your life easy! I can't recommend B. Allan enough. When I came in I knew virtually nothing about the grade or colors of diamonds, but Brett was AMAZING! He walked me through the whole process and helped me narrow down what I was looking for and interpret what I was hearing from my then girlfriend, now wife. The process is great and really what sold me on B. Allan in the end. Once you have settled on some styles he brings the diamonds in and lets you take a look at all of them in the light of the sun which is something that I didn't get elsewhere and something that I now realize was extremely important! Your partner is going to be wearing it outside and around everyday it better shine in the sun and not just ideal lighting conditions! Once I thought this was the right diamond for me, but wanted some time to think about it, I received no pressure to buy immediately and instead was encouraged to take all the time I need and to look around. In fact this is what they encourage strongly, it is a big purchase take the time you need and think about it, make sure it is right. In the end it was right. We bought my wife's wedding band and diamond as well as my wedding ring from B. Allan (mine twice because I lost it rafting once...). I truly cannot say enough about the knowledge or the experience, it was and remains the best and I will only buy my jewelry here.”
