“This review is based on customer service. Today, I unfortunately got a flat tire and the nearest spot was Dolans Lumber. I pulled over and immediately went inside to tell them I got a flat and had to park there until a tow came. It was 5pm and they close at 5:30pm. I was blown away by their response. I spoke to the 2 front lady’s in front and they could see I was having an anxiety attack. They immediately comforted me and told me to grab a water from their fridge and they would have the guys move my car to the gas station if my tow did not arrive before they closed. The entire team was so amazing. I am speechless at how comforting and helpful they were to a complete stranger. We are currently in the beginning stage of a home remodel, and I will now be a new customer. I am so thankful for this entire team.
