“I've visited the park several times since being in the area. Usually there are only one or two other cars in the lot. The people I did encounter have been very pleasant. The trails are nice and wide for hiking. The bike riders I was with said the bike trails were very "flowy". Very little debris to stumble over. Saw lots of hawks, an eagle and turkeys as well as song birds. In October, not many flowers and things are browning, but the beautiful views of the surrounding hills, the bay and bridge more than make up for it. Great place to enjoy the peace of the woods or climb to the hills and get your heart rate up. I think it is really nice that there are grills and picnic tables available. Next time, I'll bring lunch.”

“A great, Gospel preaching church in an area that needs it greatly. The congregation is a blessing and their pastor is an awesome guy who loves people and loves the Lord! It's such a lovely place that's easy to miss if you don't know how to find it, but has become one of my absolute favorite parks in Contra Costa county!
