“Patient, understanding, compassionate, trustworthy... AWESOME!! These are just a few words to describe Mariama. The list could go on and on, but then you might never get to the end of this review. I found Mariama on Yelp (I mean, where else do you find anything these days?) and I could not be more pleased with her! She is nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, she was on it. I filled out an online form and within an hour, she had emailed me, asking me when I was available to speak. From the moment we spoke, I felt at ease. She is so easy to talk to and she KNOWS her stuff. No joke. She is NOT one of those agents that is out to just "make a sale". You know the type... those "lets get them in and out so I can get my cut" types. She took the time to listen and truly understand what I wanted and what I was looking for. As a first time home buyer, I am not familiar with the process at all and didn't know what to expect. She was so patient with me and answered any and all of my questions that I had in that moment, and any questions I had as we moved forward in the process. I'm always worried about asking "dumb questions" or having to ask the same questions over again because I can't remember. Mariama never once made me feel like I was a nuisance or that I couldn't ask her any question that would float through my mind at any given time. And her response time is amazing. Let me reiterate that... AMAZING. Whether its a call, email or text, she would respond to me within moments. This might seem like only a small gesture to some, but for an anxiety ridden person (like me), it meant the world. I was able to continue with my day and make the decisions I needed to make because she would answer all my questions and make sure that I was making an informed decision. Buying a home can be one of the most important decisions of your life and possibly the biggest purchase of your life. It is a huge commitment and if you don't know anything about the real estate market, the process can be daunting. You need somebody that you can trust to guide you through the process. Mariama is exactly that! She will always be up front and honest with you during the process. I can't count the number of times she gave me the answer I didn't want. While it wasn't the answer I WANTED, she gave me the answer that I NEEDED to make the right decision for me and my life. And I appreciate that more than anything. If you are looking for an agent in the Bay Area, PLEASE give Mariama a call. I promise, you will not be disappointed. I was so happy with how well she handled the process that I referred my sister over to her. We both closed on 2 different places at around the same time and we would not have been able to get it done so quickly and effortlessly without Mariama! “My Mom was a resident at Home Sweet Home for over 4 years. I visited 6 care homes before I chose this home. When I walked in and met the caregivers, families and residents I knew that my mom would be happy and I would be at peace and not have any worries. Home Sweet home became my home also. Everyone is caring, friendly and loving. It's very clean, spacious and the food is delicious. Unfortunately my mom passed away last year or she would still be at the home. The caregivers still check on me to see if I'm ok. They truly loved my mom. I also made some wonderful friends (children of the residents) who would also keep my mom company if I was away. I would recommend Home Sweet Home in Hercules in a heart beat!!!!!!!!!!!!”
