“I travel a lot, and when in the S.F. East Bay area I have rented at many locations, and now I have settled on Budget San Ramon as the best in the area for my purposes. The staff has been extremely helpful, going out of their way on various occasions to meet my car rental needs. The service I have been given at this location is outstanding. I was previously searching and comparing prices at multiple locations in this area but now I don't even routinely check the other locations -- because I have gotten the best service and help at this location, the price has almost always been the lowest of any price I have found in the area, and I have generally found the selection to be adequate to get a very nice and newer car. Having rented in many locations in the U.S., and also in various nations, the help I have received from Budget San Ramon in terms of convenience, helpfulness, and price is at or near the top of the list of my favorite places to rent. Going to this location through Crow Canyon Rd from Castro Valley where I am currently staying is beautiful, in wonderful contrast to going to some other locations. This is in a nice community, has had in my experience a kind and friendly staff, and even the owner is very friendly and helpful. Some tips from a frequent renter that may account for some of my excellent experience: -- Call ahead if you can to make sure they have the type of car you're looking for, if your needs are specific, or show up early to look over the selection. -- Treat everyone with exceptional kindness, and it will usually be returned to you. My experience with this rental agency has in this way been outstanding, 5 stars.”

“I have been going to Northshore Dental for about 10 years now and I love this place (well, as much as you can love going to see a dentist)! They have done everything to my teeth ( implant, root canal, crowns, fillings, and deep cleaning). Dr. Chu is passionate about her work; not only does she want to make sure I’m happy with the result of her work but she wants to make sure she is happy with it as well! She is brutally honest with what is happening with your teeth but is very gentle when it comes to doing oral surgery. Leslie, her Registered Dental Assistant, has laughed with me, cried with me, and always has a hand ready for me to hold when I need it! And, Charlene is one of the most patient receptionist- always accommodating and always friendly, even when I call too much with questions. My kids have also been coming here since they were two years old and is not scared of going to see the dentist. I don’t feel like a number here -they are emphatetic, symphathetic, and I feel like they really care about my teeth!”
