I had a hit and run and made a claim with my insurance. This was the first place recommended by my insurance. Getting the estimate was very fast, the work was done very well and I can’t tell there was ever any damage or work done. My car looks great and they did the work very fast. Only issue I ran into was my car was damaged at the repair site by an unattended vehicle’s door swinging open and denting my fender. The shop was honest with me and did all the repair work to make it look like it never happened. So it really wasn’t an issue as the shop took ownership of the incident and made all the necessary repairs. The Estimator, Igor was very honest and open about all the work done and repairs made. The complementary detail was very nice as well. I’ll recommend everyone to this shop and I’ll definitely be a return customer if I need work again. 5 outta 5!

Caliber performed major body and frame damage to my vehicle after an accident. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and the repair work was excellent. The repairs took a significant amount of time due to the extent of the damage - but Caliber kept me informed every step of the way and was responsive when inquiries were made. They kept both insurance and me informed and there were no surprises. I highly recommend them and would use again if needed.

I was hit while parked. The insurance company recommended Caliber Collision on Rossmore one El Dorado Hills. It was very close to my home. The service staff was incredible. I was kept up to date on where my car was in the repair process without too many annoying text messages. I appreciated being kept informed. The car was done ahead of the estimated repair time. The repairs were excellent. I could not recommend them higher.
