Order was shipped on Friday and they chose a cheaper shipping option than I had selected and refunded the difference because they knew it was a better value for me with the same or quicker delivery time. Monday morning the shipment arrived at my front door. I will be buying from this company again. I am utterly amazed at the timing of this. Before going with The Chi Company I had a horrible experience with MicroMatic. The product they sold was terrible quality and a waste of my time and money. Their shipping cost me 3 times as much and took over a week to make it to my door. The follow up service from there was shockingly bad. Basically blaming me for their inferior product.”
